The stools are well constructed and very simple to put together without the need for the instruction sheet - tools are also provided. The stools are quite lightweight, which to me is v.important as a similar purchase from the Range had far heavier bases that marked my vinyl floor. These are far far better and have a neat rubber seal around the perimiter of the base to cushion the weight from damaging a floor. The height level and compression work very well and the foot-bar is a neat touch as well. When comparing against similar products at the Range and Dunelm Mill - the Asda stools are far better made and far cheaper as well - An overall good buy in my book!

We were looking for a pair of bar stools, for our breakfast bar. The last pair having died a death as the children battered them. Not wanting to spend a fortune and having looked at ebay and the like, could not find anything. I then did an Asda shop and found these bar stools. They are elegant/stylish, they have that gassed bit so it goes up and down smoothly and look really good. The seats are comfortable and the right size for the children and I think they are brilliant value for money. We arranged for the stools to be collected and then received a text to say they were at the store - so easy!

After searching online for many weeks looking for good quality and not too pricey pair of bar stools to replace my old worn ones, I found the perfect pair here on Asda!
They look far more expensive than others I had been looking at and cheaper, at a fraction of the price! Comfy, well made, can adjust height to suit so no probs placing them under a standard breakfast bar like some others!
An excellent buy, assembled in minutes, would definately recommend and look great... Bargain!

We decided to replace our current bar stools and shopped around for the best style, quality of product and value for money. These stools satisfied all of our requirements. They were delivered in 2 days and were easy to assemble. The stools are of a really high quality, and certainly compare favourably with much more expensive bar stools we had seen. They look really stylish and are really comfortable to sit on. We are delighted with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate in buying from Asda Direct again.

these bar stools are excellent value for money. hey are sturdy and look more expensive than what they cost. Its a shame Asda ddnt sell a bar table to go with them though as it took me ages to find one cheap enough. Brilliant buy, cheaper than anywhere else....

We've been looking for bar stools for a while and they have all been rreally expensive. Then my partner found these on the Asda website. We're really pleased with them they're very easy to put together and so far so good. Only slight hitch if it bothers you that much is that on one stool the handle that raises the stool up and down is at the back and on the other it's at the front but we really don't care about that.

we needed two stools for the kitchen and to be honest we are delighted with this pack of two from Asda. We had looked around online and being on a limited income were put off by the prices, however I found these on Asda Direct and at the price shown had to buy them. I ordered them and had them delivered to my local store for me to collect, I even got an email for track and trace which I thought very good. When we got them home I assembled them both in 10 minutes flat and was amazed not only with the quality but also their appearance. They are now sat in my kitchen and give it an art deco style which is what I wanted. Construction is excellent, Quality excellent, Instructions excellent, Service excellent. In fact you cannot go wrong with this product!

Bought these for a rented out property, wanted something serviceable that look nice at a good price. These stools were reasonably easy to assemble, look good and fine for doing a property on a price.
Hoping they will remain robust as when you sit on them they do go down slightly so hoping this is not an indication of a longer term problem. If not, great value as bought in the sale, look the part and suitable for what they are intended for i.e. eating at your breakfast bar.

we bought the 2 pack of bar stools to use in the new kitchen we had just had fitted by the council and can i say for £39 they are remarkable value for money easy to assemble ' the build quality is excellent and they look stunning and for the price its amazing
if your looking for bar stools but are on a budget as we were then i certainly say you cant go wrong with these ones they tick all the boxes at less than half the price of other brands of bar stool

I noticed these bar stools because they were such a good price. I was a bit worried that they might look cheap, and be a bit flimsy, but they're great. They look sleek and stylish in my kitchen, and slide away comfortably under the breakfast bar when not being used. They are also light enough to move around, but sturdy enough for my two children to sit on (5 years and 10 years). I've just ordered two more because I like them so much. Great buy.

At last i am using the most comfy, cheap and stylish bar stools on the market! After an eternity looking for strong, sturdy and easy to look after stools to bring my kitchen bang up to date. Asda should promote their range more as i found these by accident. You will not be dissapointed. The gas lift gives a perfect height and all i need now is the matching gas lift bar table. Ps a child could but them together it's that easy. Well done Asda!

These stools are perfect for fitting under a breakfast bar counter and I bought four to replace 3 bulky ones - they take up less space an look much neater when they tuck under the table top. Bases are also a neat size and the rubber edging on the bottom of the base prevents scratching on floors. Easy to assemble and smart looking they are a good buy for the price. These four cost the same price as one when you look at other shoppng sites!

After 2 deliveries of damaged barstools I guess I was 3rd time lucky!!! They came last week and I put them together myself - really easy!! It took me (a mere woman) about an hour to put together 4 of them. They look just beautiful! They are well made and everyone has admired them. They are the cheapest I found and just as nice as far more expensive ones. They are really comfy and look classy. I would highly recommend them!!

We have only recently purchased them but the stools appear excelent value for money compared with others that I have seen. They are easy to assemble and matched the description exactly.
I would be a little concerned if they are to be used by small children due to the lack of back support. For us they are exactly what we were looking for and the height adjustment allows us to store them under a breakfast bar when not in use.
