Every kitchen should have one. I use it all the time, its the perfect size to leave on the worktop and chops everything. Garlic, onions, salad stuff, coleslaw, very quick takes a few seconds and saves messy hands and sore eyes from the onions. Inexpensive, yet a really good quality kitchen appliance. Dont bother getting the food processor out for a few bits this gadget will do it in no time! Absolutely must have.

Product satisfies the purpose of fine chopping and is extremenly compact in nature. The material is of good quality and the handbook is a good demonstration of usage.
the only area of improvement is , it is difficult to lock /close the upper lid .The locking system needs to be more easy to use , thus making it user friendly. #
good thing is that the chopper does not start unless ,the lock is fit. thus ensuring safety

Most useful kitchen gadget eve

It is small - very small, so doesn't take up nearly as much space on the kitchen counter as having a food processor sitting there. It is very easy to take apart, clean and put back together again. Most importantly however, it really does what it says on the box really well. It chops things. Quickly, evenly, finely, coarsely. Most often I use it for 'finely chopped onions' - the basis for many a fine recipe

Waste of Time

I returned this chopper. I make a lot of soups so I bought this mini chopper as I thought it would be easier than my normal sized food processor to get in and out of the cupboard. But when I read the instructions it says that when wanting to chop things like root vegetables you have to cut them into 1/4" chunks before putting it into the machine. I may as well slice them by hand as it won't save any time.

I bought the blender as i was starting to weaning my son, i had used a hand one with my older son but wanted one that was quick and not so messy. When i got the blender i found it quite noisy but they all are its great for pureeing small amounts to fill small pots it easy to clean and get to store.

I have used this pretty well every time I have cooked since I purchased it. Great for onions, garlic, herbs etc. I have even used it for making smoothies for 1, guacamole etc like a mini blender. Removable bowl and blades make it really easy to clean too. Really happy with the purchase.

only used once, then headed for the bin. you get what you pay for, cheap plastic. the plastic melted on 2nd use, no good. noisy when in use, also too small - even for baby weaning. better sticking to a hand blender and blend in avent via cups which also save on the washing up! hence, to my surprise my hand blender fitted inside these cups making it perfect.

I bought it for my mum as it was cheap and small. It does do the job but its a little clunky, not smooth to operate and chopps as though it is having some difficulty! The blades are just not sharp enough and it is very noisy! It also doesn't do a smooth paste like my Braun one. For £5 it is ok but i probably buy her a new one soon.
