Old set top box connections wearing a bit, saw this cheap box, bought it, took longer to get it out of the box than to set it up

i bought this product for three room in my house plugged them into tv's which already have freeview biult in but lack signal
these are brilliant as they have boosters inside them and work even on frosty days

I have bought 3 of these boxes. They operated well to start with but all of them have since stopped working. They are unreliable!

i bought one of these set top box's only a couple of months ago from asda in store it worked really well for a couple of months but now it wont even switch on ive tryed to get a replacement but carnt as i have misplaced my recipt!

I was looking to save money on my Sky subs, and I found the answer at Asda direct. The Asda Twin Scart Set Top Freeview Box was £18 which was the cost of my basic sky subs so I would be saving money within 28 day of purchase. I am free of costly subs with a great freeview box which has be easy to set up and easy to use. NB even my dad 94 has masteed to basic usegae ever easy, I find that was important. Very please with the product and the delivery was very good also.

hi all i just thought id let you all know this box is'nt all its cracked up to be i've had it around 2mths i havent got the reseat now but if i did id be taking it back. i have also reset the box to see if the prob would be sorted but it hasnt been the start menu and channel just jump all the time like a tv with a broken tube i cant make anything out at all so on your heads be it this product is cheap but also waist of money i have also tried to retune

basic box, easy to set up, does what it needs to.
However, on the downside, this is the 2nd one I've had as the first one just showed the standby light after a few months and wouldn't do anything else.
will hold further judgement whether this is a good buy until I see if this one works for longer.

i have this freeview box and the spring where the battery has come off and came on the website to order another one but now unfortunatly they have sold out! i think that asda direct is a easyier way of shopping expecially if your in a hurry and if you havn't tried it then give it a go.

Not as good as the Onn model which I bought from asda a few years ago. Very light and flimsy with flinsey remote to match. Would not work in Wales although it was stated to work in the area. Had to buy a more powerful model from elsewhere.
