The requirement was a radio to be used mainly in the kitchen to listen to 5 Live in an area with poor DAB reception. This model fits the bill perfectly, its retro style suits us well and the performance exceeds expectations.

This radio is a faithfull reproduction of what was around during my earlier years. The sound is great and it is a fantastic piece of furniture. I envisaged having promlems obtaining a 9 volt battery, but my local electric shop produced one for £2.60. This is a great piece of kit for enyone who remembers the 60's.
